Ambassador Lounge Access: Enjoy exclusive access for 90 minutes before the show begins. The Lounge is located on the eighth floor of the theatre, accessible via elevator.

What time does the Ambassador Lounge open?
The Ambassador Lounge opens 90 minutes and closes 25 minutes before curtain. We suggest arriving promptly to enjoy the full experience. The Lounge is not open during intermission.
Is the Ambassador Lounge wheelchair accessible?
The Lounge is located on the 8th floor of 246 W 44th St, accessible via elevator.
How do I find the Ambassador Lounge?
When you arrive at the theatre, head to 246 West 44th Street, just East of the theatre entrance, under a black awning, and tell security you have purchased a lounge package.
Is there a coat check in the Ambassador Lounge?
Yes, there is a coat check in the Ambassador Lounge. Make sure you get your coat prior to the beginning of Act 1, as the lounge is not open during intermission.
